Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the K&B Traveler’s Club program! This program is designed to reward our customers with unique travel opportunities as a thank-you for their loyalty and for choosing K&B Bridals for their special moments. To ensure clarity and satisfaction for all participants, please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
Program Eligibility: The K&B Traveler’s Club program is open to customers making purchases at K&B Bridals. Participation in the program is contingent upon compliance with these terms and conditions.
Qualifying Purchases: To qualify for the K&B Traveler’s Club program, customers must make a purchase totaling $2,000 or more. The “price of purchase” is defined as the final amount paid after all applicable discounts have been applied. Please note, the cost does not include taxes, shipping and handling fees, or gratuity. Only future purchases made with K&B Bridals after joining the program are eligible for travel credits under this program.
Travel Certificates: Eligible customers will receive travel certificates that can be applied towards selected travel experiences. These travel certificates are subject to their own terms and conditions, which vary depending on the chosen travel credit. Participants will be informed of the specific terms upon receipt of their certificate.
Payment Requirements: The full payment for the qualifying purchase must be completed before the issuance of any travel credits. This includes the full payment for any dress or other wedding attire included in the qualifying purchase. Partial payments, deposits, or layaway plans do not qualify for the receipt of travel certificates.
Travel Certificate Terms: The terms and conditions of individual travel certificates will include details such as expiration dates, blackout dates, and any restrictions imposed by the travel providers. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms in detail and comply with any requirements set forth by the travel provider.
Non-Transferability: Travel certificates awarded as part of the K&B Traveler’s Club program are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another individual.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation or return of a qualifying purchase, the associated travel certificates must be returned to K&B Bridals. Any redeemed travel experiences may be subject to cancellation fees or may be non-refundable, as per the terms of the individual travel provider.
Liability: K&B Bridals is not liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage related to the use of the travel certificates or participation in the travel experiences offered through the K&B Traveler’s Club program.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions: K&B Bridals reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate the K&B Traveler’s Club program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of any changes.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the K&B Traveler’s Club program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
