At K&B Bridals, we believe saying “yes” to the dress is one of life’s most magical moments — and our Bridal Stylists play a huge role in making it unforgettable. We are always looking for warm, caring, and energetic individuals to join our team and help brides feel confident, celebrated, and truly seen.

We currently have part-time weekend opportunities at all three locations and a full-time position available at our Takoma Park boutique.

What You’ll Do

As a Bridal Stylist, you will:

  • Welcome each bride and her guests with warmth, excitement, and professionalism.

  • Listen closely to each bride’s vision, preferences, and concerns to help her find her perfect gown.

  • Guide brides through the try-on process, offering expert styling advice and encouragement.

  • Create an unforgettable experience that reflects the K&B Bridals standard of excellence.

  • Assist with accessories, gown care, and add-on options that complete the bridal look.

  • Maintain an organized, beautiful showroom and ensure gowns are cared for properly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, approachable, and outgoing personality — you love connecting with people.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Confidence in working in a sales environment and meeting goals.

  • Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday are our busiest days).

  • For the full-time Takoma Park role: flexibility for additional weekday hours.

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or styling is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.

Marketing Coordinator – K&B Bridals
Bel Air, Takoma Park, or Hagerstown, MD | Full-Time | Hybrid (In-Store & Remote)
What You’ll Do
  • Drive Traffic to Our Stores – Create and execute marketing strategies designed to meet appointment and event attendance goals across all locations.
  • Own Our Marketing Calendar – Plan and coordinate all in-store and online marketing initiatives with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Tell Our Story – Develop engaging social media content and interactive brand stories that showcase the K&B experience.
  • Engage With Our Community – Post, comment, and connect with our audience to build authentic relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate Campaigns – Work with our Engaged Marketing partners to execute email, SMS, and blog strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Support Our Stores – Provide branded materials, event promotion, and vendor coordination so managers can focus on the in-store experience.
  • Keep Us On Brand – Ensure all marketing content and materials reflect our brand voice, visual style, and commitment to excellence.
  • Track & Report – Monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide monthly performance recaps to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing strategies that increase customer traffic, ideally in retail, hospitality, or bridal.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can write a heartfelt Instagram caption and a data-driven marketing report with equal skill.
  • Proficient in social media management tools, email/SMS platforms, and Canva (or similar design software).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines across three store locations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.

Position Details
  • Location: Can be based at Bel Air, Takoma Park, or Hagerstown as your primary home base.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid role – part in-store, part remote.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other store locations as needed.
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Reports To: Owner/CEO and works closely with Store Managers & Marketing Team
Pay: $48,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
